These terms apply to your use of zubonaruapps.com (the "Site"), operated by Zubonaru Apps LLC ("Zubonaru Apps", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. Our apps are governed by their own terms, which are presented in the App Store listing and within each app.
1. The Site
The Site is provided for information about Zubonaru Apps and its products. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
2. Intellectual property
The Site, its text, design, and the Zubonaru Apps name, katakana name (ズボナル・アップス), temple-bell mark and app names and logos are owned by Zubonaru Apps LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and link to the Site, but you may not copy, modify, or use our marks or content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Press are welcome to use our logo and app images to write about us.
3. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites and services, including the App Store and our apps' own sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
4. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Information about upcoming apps and features describes our current plans and may change.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zubonaru Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
